Zenith Development is proud to announce that it has been engaged by ETV Holdings, LLC to develop two 10,000 (+/-) square foot office-over-retail buildings at 8371 and 8327 South State Street in Sandy, Utah. The Master Planned Community, known as East Town Village is comprised of apartments, townhomes, condos and is where over 1,000 people reside. Zenith plans to finish construction of building 1 at 8371 South State by October 2020. Building 2 is anticipated to start construction in the fall of 2020 and should be completed by early 2021. At present, Zenith has procured leases for half of the 2nd floor of the first building, along with additional Letters of Intents from two restaurant owners for the main floor. It is anticipated that the entire building will be leased prior to completion of construction.
Lexington Greens at Overlake

Zenith Tooele is proud to announce the development of 86.42 (+/-) acres of land in Tooele, Utah. The Master Planned Community will be known at Lexington Greens. The developer, Zenith Development, plans to improve the site to include 192 residential lots (7,000SF lots), which will be sold to Regional, National and local Tooele County homebuilders. Read more

Lex Apartments, LLC announces the acquisition of 7.32 (+/-) acres of prime apartment ground located inside of the Lexington Green at Overlake Master Planned Community. The developer, Zenith Development, plans to build 144 units of market-rate apartments – comprising of 4four 12-plex buildings and four 24-plex buildings, along with a club house for residents.
