Lex Apartments – 144 Units of Market-Rate Apartments - Tooele, Utah SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH: April 24, 2020

Lex Apartments, LLC announces the acquisition of 7.32 (+/-) acres of prime apartment ground located inside of the Lexington Green at Overlake Master Planned Community. The developer, Zenith Development, plans to build 144 units of market-rate apartments – comprising of 4four 12-plex buildings and four 24-plex buildings, along with a club house for residents. Units will range from 960 – 1,084 SF for the 2-Bedroom 2-Bathroom units & 1,238 SF for the 3-Bedroom 2-Bathroom units. All units will include washer/dryers, master suites with en-suite bathrooms, well-appointed kitchens, jack-and-jill bathrooms, walk-in closets & balconies. Amenities will include a large club house with full work-out facilities, pool, spa, changing rooms, grilling area, private dog wash, offices, gathering & media room. In addition, the apartments will include covered parking, a dog park, children’s play areas, gathering areas & fire pits.
